We do our best to give an answer in less than 24 hours, but keep in mind that on weekends we also take a break. If we take a little longer, do not despair, we are surely about to respond or trying to find the best solution for your case. Request the amount you estimate according to the sales done so far, according to your contract agreement.  Ones we receive the official invoice with the according amount,  we will make the payment within a week. Just consider to request every three to six months at least.
