(e)   Parent’s are able to consent to the use of their child’s Personal Information without having to consent to the Website’s disclosure of the child’s Personal Information to third parties, as we do not share personal information of children under the age of 13 with any third parties (other than those service partners who help us provide the digiqualia.com service to you).

5. CHOICES REGARDING YOUR CONTROL OF YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

You can access some of the information that we collect about you.

For example, you can access information regarding recent orders from the Website; Personally Identifiable Information; communication preferences;

6. INFORMATION RELATED TO DATA COLLECTED THROUGH THE DIGIQUALIA.COM PLATFORM SERVICE

For certain services digiQualia.com collects information under the direction of its clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.  digiQualia.com works with its clients to help them provide notice to their customers concerning, the purpose for which personal information is collected.  In these cases, digiQualia.com has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.  An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his or her query to the relevant digiQualia.com client (the data controller).  If the client makes a request to us to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 days.  Similarly, if you are a customer of one of these clients and would no longer like to be contacted by that client, please contact that client directly.  digiqualia.com may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service.  Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Privacy Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our clients

We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our mobile software on your phone.  This software may record information such as how often you use our website, the events that occur within our website, aggregated usage, performance data, and where our website was downloaded from.  We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personal information you submit within our website.

Our Website includes Social Media Features, such as Widgets, such as the Add this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Website.  This feature may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Website, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly.  Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Website.  Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

 

14. GIFT A LEARNING EXPERIENCE

If you choose to send a gift a learning experience to an individual, we will ask you for the individual’s name and email address.  We will automatically send a one-time email to the individual with notice of their gift along with an activation key.  The recipient will be asked to create a username and password to activate their video, and during this process, they will also be asked if they want to receive any newsletters or other emails from digiqualia.com., stores name and email address of the recipient for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.  The individual may contact us at support@digiqualia.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
